A solitary figure stands at the threshold of an unknown journey. With a suitcase in hand and an endless landscape ahead, the destination remains uncertain, yet the decision to move forward has already been made.
The figure’s obscured, unfamiliar face removes a fixed identity, allowing him to become a symbol of anyone leaving one stage of life behind. The suitcase represents what we choose to carry with us — memories, experiences and fragments of the past — while the open horizon suggests possibility.
New Chapter explores the quiet moment between an ending and a beginning: when the past is still present, but the future has yet to take shape.
The work is ultimately about transition, uncertainty and the courage to continue without knowing exactly where the next chapter will lead.
